Advice on contraception including intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUCDs) - both fitting and removal and general family planning can be provided in our dedicated Tuesday clinic. You will need to arrange a telephone consultation with a GP or nurse to ensure it is the right time in your menstrual cycle.
Free condoms, chlamydia screening and pregnancy tests also available for under 25s.
This service is available to both our registered and non-registered patients.

We now offer either a telephone or face-to-face annual review with a member of our nursing team so they can provide advice on inhaler technique, medication and lifestyle.
We encourage patients to have an annual check up.
We offer all our patients with a chronic diseases (e.g. diabetes; heart disease; stroke or TIA) a regular annual check-up. If you have a chronic disease you will receive an invitation letter when your annual review is due.
These walk-in clinics are held every other month.
Run by our nurse practitioner Vicky, this confidential clinic is open to ALL young people aged between 13 - 24 registered in Brighton and Hove.
If you require a minor surgical procedure (e.g. removal of minor 'lumps and bumps'), we are able to refer you onto another local GP practice.
Please speak with your doctor or nurse, who can arrange this for you.
The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide.
These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services.
Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery (or click on the link on the right-hand side).
Our telephones are very busy first thing in the morning, we therefore ask you to telephone for test results (e.g. blood, urine, x-ray) between 11.00 and 17.00.
Some blood tests and all X-ray results usually take 2-3 weeks to return to the surgery. Urgent results are usually telephoned directly to the surgery by the hospital and you will be contacted directly.
Please note: the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
Clinics are available on weekdays, in the evening and at weekends.

This is a private clinic for traveller's health needs, including vaccination and health related items such as mosquito nets, diarrhoea packs etc.
The Travel Clinic is available to all people, whether registered at St Peter's or not.
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to telephone 01273 606 636 to make an appointment with the Travel Clinic so that you can discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries, or areas, you are planning to visit so that our specialist travel nurse can determine what vaccinations are required.

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least SIX weeks before you travel as you may require a course of vaccinations for certain destinations (e.g. South East Asia).
