Complaints and Suggestions Policy
Comments, suggestions or complaints should be addressed to our Practice Manager, Julie Manthorpe - preferably in writing.
All complaints will be acknowledged within THREE working days, and a full reply then given within 10 working days.
We take complaints very seriously.
If this doesn't resolve the problem, or you would rather not raise the issue directly with the practice, you can contact NHS England directly.
