What are MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions?

MSK conditions are those that affect bones, joints, and muscles.

From 4 January 2021 we will be having a Specialist Physiotherapist working at the practice on Monday afternoons and Wednesday mornings.  Appointments can be booked directly by the Patient Care Advisors and are suitable if you are experiencing any of the following:

·         All soft tissue injuries, sprains, strains or sports injuries

·         Arthritis of any joint

·         Possible problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bone, eg. tennis elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, ankle sprains

·         Spinal pain including lower back pain, mid-back pain and neck pain

·         Spinal-related pain in arms or legs, including nerve symptoms eg pins and needles or numbness

·         Changes to walking

·         Post-orthopaedic surgery
